Natural silicate powder

Silica is an essential element for plants. The new Silicate contains old deposits of biologically transformed organic matter, as well as clays with a high content of soluble silicates.

Silicate provides a natural form of silica that penetrates plant cells and creates protection against disease and insect attack.

In the nutrient solution, Silicate increases cation exchange and optimizes the availability of nutrients by forming colloids.

Silicate stabilizes pH and conductivity levels, reduces stress conditions for the plant and stimulates faster growth.

It also protects against heavy metal toxicity.

Finally, Silicate contains more than 60 minerals and provides a complementary supply of microelements that promote plant development.

Coming from old deposits similar to the previous formula, Silicate offers in addition :

More silicates.
Smaller particles, for a better solubility.
Carbonates for a better stability of the pH of the nutritive solutions.
Calcium, useful to the plant.
How to use Silicate :
At the base of the stems: sprinkle 1 teaspoon (about 4g) at the base of each plant.
In nutritive solution: 4g/10L.
As a direct leaf powder: 10g to 50g/m2 or as a foliar spray: 4g/10L of water.

WARNING:

Silicate is used in synergy with all our products; however, when setting up beneficial microorganisms (Trikologic, Trikologic S) use it exclusively in foliar application, or localized at the collar (dry application) so as not to slow down the setting up of beneficial microorganism populations in the substrate.

Conversely, in soil and potting soil, Silicate acts as a substrate improver and stimulates the growth of beneficial microorganisms.
