Lumatek 400W digital ballasts are dimmable and produce a stable and constant light output, which is ideal for pharmaceutical agriculture, horticulture in controlled environments and other applications where accurate and regulated output is essential.

Lumatek ballasts are microprocessor controlled and offer intelligent starting with sequential switching to illuminate the lamp faster with safe inrush current management and balanced load on the ring circuit to avoid tripping circuit breakers. When dimming or increasing lamp power, the ballast uses the soft dimming function to gradually change the output power to protect the lamp.

The ballast is small and compact, runs quietly without a noisy fan and weighs only 2.5 kg, making it easy to handle and install.

The Lumatek 400W digital ballast is extremely efficient and produces very little heat. For safety, it uses full circuit protection, including open/short circuit, overheating, over/low voltage, end-of-life lamp/rectification and electromagnetic interference suppression.

Lumatek uses the highest quality electronic components and our design ensures longer lamp life with minimal PAR/PPF output loss over time and is significantly lower than traditional magnetic ballasts. Lumatek ballasts illuminate HPS and MH lamps (please note that the Super Lumens (SL) switch cannot be switched on for MH lamps).
