William Texier and Noucetta (Marie) Kehdi founded General Hydroponics Europe (GHE) in France in 1994, building on the international recognition they received from White Owl WaterFarm, their hydroponic farm whose products were served in Michelin-starred restaurants in the San Francisco area in the early 1990s.
From the outset, William has been an innovator, developing innovative techniques and products that combine the power of hydroponic technology with the quality and ecological approach of organic methods that have become essential today. Together, William and Noucetta pioneered modern farming methods that use only the purest fertilizers – much of it food-grade – combined with the purest organic ingredients on the market.
